Sheila Sokolowski Speaks on Social Media

Sheila Sokolowski recently spoke to a national audience via a National Constitution Center webinar on health care social media and the related legal issues.  Her presentation addressed revising HIPAA privacy and security policies to address the risks associated with social media, as well as guidelines for drafting an effective social media policy.  A copy of the slide deck for her presentation, “HIPAA Compliance Update:  Facebook, Twitter and Legal Liabilities” is available here.
