Linh T. Nguyen

Linh Nguyen is an Associate at Hogan Marren Babbo & Rose, Ltd. Ms. Nguyen focuses her practice on representing clients in the higher education sector. Her experience includes assisting higher education institutions in mergers and acquisitions and investigations under Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Age Discrimination Act of 1975. She also assists on special projects as needed.  

Prior to joining HMBR, Ms. Nguyen was a Law Fellow for the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA), where she wrote daily briefs on new issues and developments impacting the regulatory landscape and case law of higher education. During law school, Ms. Nguyen interned at the Public Defender Service in Washington, D.C., externed for the Colorado Attorney General Office, and worked for the Associate Dean for Student Affairs at the University of Iowa College of Law. In addition, she competed in the ABA Law Student Arbitration Competition and the Chicago Bar Association Moot Court Competition, and published a Note in The Journal on Gender, Race, and Justice on state and local tax law.
