Daniel P. Lydon is an Associate at HMBR and focuses his practice on the representation of clients in the Corporate, Education and Health Care sectors.  He joined HMBR as a clerk in 2021.

Mr. Lydon researches corporate governance and legal issues, and advises clients in a wide variety of general corporate and transactional matters, including entity formation and commercial contract review. He also advises education entities on operational compliance issues related to Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, the Gramm–Leach–Bliley Act, among other federal and state statutes and regulations.

Prior to joining HMBR, Mr. Lydon clerked for a prominent personal injury firm in Chicago. He was also a student intern for the Operations Department of the United States District Court for Northern District of Illinois.  Mr. Lydon was a member of the University of Illinois – Chicago’s National Moot Court Competition team.
