Sheila Sokolowski Joins Hogan Marren, Ltd.

Hogan Marren is pleased to announce that Sheila Sokolowski has joined the firm as a partner. Ms. Sokolowski focuses her practice on business and related regulatory issues affecting the health care industry.  She provides advice and counsel concerning compliance with federal and state law governing the delivery of health care services and products, including the Stark Law, the federal Anti-Kickback Statute and HIPAA.  She represents clients from across the health care industry, including academic medical centers, health systems, medical device manufacturers, retail clinics and pharmacies.  Ms. Sokolowski joined Hogan Marren in 2010.
