Debbie is a partner in Hogan Marren Babbo & Rose, Ltd.’s Education Practice. Prior to joining HMBR, Debbie was an attorney for 25 years at the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Civil Rights.  She has been nationally recognized for her expertise on the civil rights laws and regulations that govern educational institutions.
