Debbie Osgood Examines Proposed Title IX Regulatory Updates at Stetson National Conference on Law and Higher Education

HMBR is one of the sponsors of the Stetson University 2020 National Conference on Law and Higher Education. The Conference takes place January 29 through February 3rd.  Debbie Osgood, partner at HMBR, along with Jennifer Hammat, dean of students at University of Southern Indiana, will be conducting a session on the proposed Title IX procedures.   They will be reviewing the proposed final regulations and what your Institution needs to do to comply.
