Jay Rosselló is a partner at Hogan Marren Babbo & Rose, Ltd.  Mr. Rosselló provides advice and counsel to public, private, non-profit and for-profit educational institutions, corporations, private equity firms, service providers and other participants in the educational space on a variety of topics, including, without limitation, academics, accreditation, admissions and marketing, business, commercial and corporate, employment and labor, intellectual and real property, litigation and dispute resolution, privacy, regulatory, risk management  and student affairs.

Mr. Rosselló has been practicing law for 20 years, primarily in the fields of higher education and collegiate sports. His professional experience includes a consortium of law schools, a non-profit athletic association of colleges and universities, a state institution of higher education, a publicly held company, a major Am Law 100 law firm and the United States Court of Appeals. 

As in-house counsel, Mr. Rosselló has advised clients on all legal, compliance, regulatory and business aspects of higher education and collegiate sports. In addition, Mr. Rosselló has a corporate and commercial law background and has extensive experience working with government and regulatory agencies. 

Mr. Rosselló is originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, fluent in Spanish and knowledgeable of cultures and regulatory environments throughout the Latin American region.  He is also a frequent speaker and writer on contemporary topics in higher education and collegiate sports.
