Hogan Marren Ltd. Moves To A New Building

On December 2nd, Hogan Marren, Ltd. moved into new offices at 321 North Clark Street.  Built in 1987, the building is owned and managed by Hines.  Ed Hogan commented, “It’s been a pleasure to work with Mark Anderson (General Manager) and John Wilbeck (Assistant General Manager) at Hines.  We’re looking forward to our continued relationship.” 

HM worked with broker Katie Comstock of Jones Lang LaSalle. Helee Hillman, also of JLL, was the project manager.  Laura Sickel, Heather Cain and Ryan Kosmicki of Baumann Studios LLC were the architects on the project.  The general contractor for the construction was Marty Moran of Development Solutions, Inc.
