At the Legal Workshop, on Monday, June 4, 2018 (1:00 – 4:30 p.m.):  

Audrey Kaplan will discuss common issues in employment discrimination law with Mike Abril from San Joaquin Valley College.

Audrey Kaplan will moderate a conversation with Chris DeLuca about real estate contracts and changes in accounting rules.

Sheila Sokolowski will discuss cyber security – FERPA, HIPAA, COPPA, GDPR, privacy and data security with Scott Casanover from West Coast University/American Career College.

At the CECU Conference:

On Tuesday, June 5, 2018 (10:30 – 11:30 a.m.):

Audrey Kaplan, along with Jeanne Herrmann of the Broadview Education Network, will discuss effective procedures in dealing with harassment, discrimination and bullying on campus. 

Jay Rosello will participate in updates on the Department of Education’s Gainful Employment rule and Borrower Defense to Repayment regulations.

On Wednesday, June 6, 2018 (9:00 – 10:00 a.m.):

Audrey Kaplan will moderate  a discussion on the New Borrower Defense to Repayment Proposed Regulations.
